For permits issued prior to 2018, go to the city's website:  https://cityofwinterpark.org/self-service/. For permits issued after 2018, complete a public records request.

Crash reports can be obtained through Florida HSMV.

How can I obtain a copy of a birth, marriage, divorce or death certificate?

Answer:

These records can be purchased at the Florida Department of Health website. Actual divorce judgements can be obtained from the Clerk of the Court in the County where the dissolution was granted.
